Mulberry Genome Database
A relational record of mulberry molecular markers, genotype groups, similarity matrices, dendrograms and marker segregation data.
The Mulberry Genome Database brings together molecular marker data on DNA polymorphism, DNA fingerprints, binary scores, similarity and dissimilarity matrices, phylogenetic relationships and marker segregation patterns.
The legacy site described the resource as a relational database with a compact disc interface and a web interface. Its records were organised around mulberry germplasm groups and mapping populations.
The data views below are preserved from the navigation of the original interface. Select a group to move to its record description on this page.
Study groups in the legacy interface
Cluster representatives
The interface recorded morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, similarity matrix, dissimilarity matrix and dendrogram views for the cluster representatives.
Diploids and tetraploids
Diploid and tetraploid accessions were documented through morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, similarity and dissimilarity matrices and a dendrogram.
Wild and cultivated species
Wild and cultivated mulberry species were compared through morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, matrices and a dendrogram.
Lobed and unlobed genotypes
Lobed and unlobed leaf groups were recorded with the same core data types, including marker scores and dendrogram views.
Good and poor rooting genotypes
Rooting performance groups were documented through morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products and similarity and dissimilarity matrices.
Duplicates
The duplicate set recorded morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, matrices and dendrogram output.
Mysore Local and V 1 population
The population record included morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, similarity and dissimilarity matrices and a dendrogram.
Bilidevalaya and V 1 progeny
The progeny record included morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, matrices, a dendrogram and marker segregation data.
S 36 and V 1 progeny
The S 36 and V 1 progeny record included morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, matrices, dendrogram and marker segregation data.
Mysore Local and V 1 progeny
The Mysore Local and V 1 progeny record included morphology, RAPD scores, amplification products, matrices, a dendrogram and marker segregation data.
