Download the standalone application
The archived Strplot package, with its R dependencies and run instructions.
The standalone Structure Plot application is preserved as a downloadable archive. Read the tutorial before preparing your input file.
The archive contains the R application, sample data and the readme file from the legacy package.
Before you install
After downloading and extracting the archive, save the folder in your R working directory. You can set the working directory with setwd or read it with getwd.
The application runs in R and requires the following packages, including RColorBrewer:
Run the application
Install the required packages, load shiny and run the application from the folder that contains it.
> setwd("D:/")
> install.packages(c("shiny", "markdown", "ggplot2", "reshape2", "RColorBrewer"))
> library(shiny)
> runApp("strplot")
The path in this example is D:/, but the application can be placed in any folder. Change the setwd path to match your own machine.

The download is the legacy standalone release. Package versions and R compatibility may change over time. Use the support contact for questions about the original application.
