The release notes below are preserved from the Structure Plot application. They record the introduction of the web tool, the standalone package and later labelling features.
- 18 August 2014Population labels can be printed at any angle.
- 17 April 2014Structure Plot can print individual labels.
- 3 April 2014The standalone version of Structure Plot is released.
- 20 March 2014Structure Plot is released.
What changed
The early releases moved the tool from a hosted interface to a standalone R application. Label controls were then added so that charts could identify individuals and populations without post processing in another graphics program.
The current page preserves those release notes rather than presenting a current version number. The download page contains the archived package and its run instructions.

Input preparation is the most important step. The tutorial explains the required tab delimited format and the sample file.
