Structure Plot
A tool for turning STRUCTURE and CLUMPP Q matrix output into clean, labelled bar plots.
Structure Plot is an application for drawing elegant STRUCTURE bar plots through a user friendly interface. It accepts individual Q matrix output from STRUCTURE or CLUMPP and turns it into a labelled, publication ready chart.
What the interface controls
- Load an input file or the sample file for K equals 4
- Set the number of K groups
- Keep the original order or sort by Q value
- Choose an RColorBrewer palette or assign colours manually
- Print no labels, individual labels or group labels
- Adjust y axis text size, label angle and label height
- Export JPG, PNG, TIFF or PDF at a chosen resolution and size

Release history
The first release was announced on 20 March 2014. A standalone version followed on 3 April 2014, individual labels were added on 17 April 2014 and population labels at any angle were added on 18 August 2014. See the updates page for the full record.
